General Terms- Make sure to follow the rules in the Terms of Service to ensure that the we are on the same page regarding your commission.- Provide neat references for your desired commission. (PNG, JPG and PDFs are ok)- Please write in a clear and easy to understand manner for what you want in your order.- Any ill or inappropriate behavior towards me will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled.Payment- Payments will only be accepted in USD or PHP via Ko-fi / PayPal- If you happen to use a guardian's PayPal account, please note that you hereby acknowledge that you have their permission to take part in this transaction.Process- I will provide a sketch to the commissioner for approval before continuing the commission (please do not abuse this as a way to get free art.)- Work in progresses will be given if the commissioner personally requests for it.- The time for your commission to be completed may extend depending on many factors such as; personal health, order of commission, complexity, work, school, and family issues.- If any of the factors occur, the commissioner will be notified ASAP.Cancelling and Refund Policy- If you cancel the commission after the sketch has been started, I will only give a 50% refund the total payment- I have the right to cancel your commission at any time. And In the case that I do cancel your commission, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount that you payed.- If the payment has not been sent yet after a 10 day period, the artist has the right to cancel the commission.- You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.- If, ever, you file a charge back against me on purpose, your right to any commission I have made for you will be retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. This will also result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.- In the case of blacklisting, NO REFUND shall be given back.- If, for any reason, your PayPal or Bank account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact the artist as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.Copyright / Usage Policy- All commissions are intended for commercial use, meaning any royalties are already included in the prices provided.- The following cases are considered commercial use: Selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted our (art)work, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc)- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark any of my own work whenm posted on websites or Social Media.- I retain all copyright over any artwork or commissions, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.- I will, however, always give proper credit you or the artist who has ownership over your character's design.Final Product and Credit- Credit for your commission is required when you publicly use your commission.- I will send you the files via your preferred mode of contact.- Any file you paid for will be available from us for a finite time only of up to 2 months. However, we cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion, or loss.- Feedback on the final product is permitted after the completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.- Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

- Please be a 100% sure that you want to commission me before placing your order.- For any questions please message me on Twitter or on Discord.- I can't do any Mecha or Gore PNGtuber/Vtuber models at the moment.- (For orders that are not through Ko-Fi) Once your commission is approved and accepted I will send an invoice to your paypal email. The commission will begin once payment has been recieved.
